She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Bradley and Bertha Sainer Bradley; and her husband James O'Connell. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Smith (Darwin) of Mineral City, OH; her grandchildren, Lindsay Vulgamore (Adam) and Kara Mumford (Carl); and her great grandchild Maci Mumford.
