He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mann and Nona Sharpe Mann; and his wife Annette Posey Mann. He is survived by: his daughters, Nona Maysey of New Cumberland, WV and Nannette Phillips (Scott) of Ararat, VA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
