She was predeceased by: her father Rollie Burton Brown Jr.; her stepparents, Mary Jo Brown and Paul Glenn Mackall; and her grandparents, Rollie and Ruth Brown.
She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Mackall of Chester; her husband John Michael Webster of Chester; her daughters, Caitlyn Bruey (Greg) of Hudson and Chelsea O'Neil (Mike) of New Brighton; and her grandchildren, Riley Hope, Kaydence Wilde O'Neil, William and Alexander Bruey. She is also survived by numerous cousins she loved as if they were siblings.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (418 4th St, Chester, WV 26034).
She would love memorial contributions in her name to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association to allow others more time with their families.
