He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Moffitt and Lillie Ruth Davis Moffitt; his wife Kathleen Paradinovich Moffitt; and his son Robert P. Moffitt. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy L. Moffitt of Deerfield Beach, FL and David N. Moffitt (Doris Smith) of East Liverpool; his brothers, Bill Moffitt (Janie) of Pittsburgh and Ron Moffitt (Sherry) of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Dustin Shreve, Stephanie Shreve and Heather Shreve; and his great grandchildren, Dillon, Kenneth, Waylon, Rory and Rowyn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
