Loughley of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Amber Hunt (Jordan) of Green, Robert Loughley Jr. (Emily) of Columbus, Jenna Humphrey (Curt) of Columbus, Matt Loughley of East Palestine, James Loughley Jr. of Cleveland and Amy Brown of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Leo Hunt, Amelia, Lucy Loughley, Maddox and Kiera Humphrey.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Service Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
