He is survived by: his children, Michelle Sprinkle of Circleville, OH. and Edward Russell of Virginia Beach, VA.; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Stout, Amanda Stout, Megan Riggins, Cearra Russell and Everleigh Russell; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Geer, Adalyn Geer, Hayden Petro and Harper Pugh.
