He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Elsworth Horter and Alberta Mae Horter (Miller); and his wife Helen Harris. He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Jean Horter-Moore, Clifford Elsworth, Jr. (Patricia Ann), James Lee and Lawrence Edward; his stepsons, David Coconis and Harland Harris, Jr. (Pete); his nephew Jason; his niece Jeannie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Aidon, Zachery, Zoe, Miranda and Madison.
