He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mobley and Grace Mobley of Wellsville. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Taylor (Roger) of Calcutta, OH, Paul Mobley Jr. (Diane) of Calcutta, OH, Jeff Mobley (Danajoy) of Dunkirk, MD and Joel Mobley (Tanya) of Cypress, TX.; his siblings, Fred Mobley, Jr., Willard Mobley (Janet), Dale Mobley (Gina) and Melvin Mobley; and also Naomi Wolfe (Bill).
