She is survived by: her daughter Traci Williams Cummitt; her granddaughter Alexis Crummit-Carter; her great grandchild Rhuel "Roo" Carter; her granddaughter Harmony Crummitt; and her siblings, Jeff Pugh (Karen) of Chester, Jim Pugh of East Liverpool, Carla Fryer of New Cumberland and Judy Bryan of Chester.
