He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wagoner of East Liverpool, Christopher Wagoner of Pittsburgh, Michelle Wright (Jim) of Lisbon and Nichole Wagoner of East Liverpool; his brothers, Mike Wagoner (Eileen) of Chester and Don Wagoner (Geri) of Chester; and his grandsons, James, Ethan, Derek Wright, Tyler Heffner and Marcus Ticknor.
