He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Wine and Elsie Travis Wine; and his siblings, Rowena Snyder, Juanita Prescott, Kenneth Wine and Edwin Wine.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Richmond Wine; his daughters, Janice Mead (Gary) of North Canton, OH and Kimberly Tunney (Walter) of West Lake, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher Egert (Gina), Stephen Egert (Heather), Elizabeth Willemin, Megan Stanevich (Christian Petrila), Jennifer Stanevich and Linda Remark (Todd); and his great grandchildren, Cora, Elsie Egert, Lana Willemin, Dominic Egert, Brayden, Parker, Makenzie Remark and Zander Mead. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Service Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034).
