He is survived by: his sister Angie; his parents, Katina Tice Perry (Tase) of East Liverpool and Floyd Quarterman (Sally) of East Liverpool; his son Layden Labi of East Liverpool; his sisters, Crystal Fitch (Heath) of East Liverpool, Trudy Quarterman (John Staley) of Wellsville and Stephanie Labi; his aunt Joyce Quarterman; and his close friend Connie Eiler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousin.
