She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Ray Woomer of St. Stephens and Phyllis Hamilton Woomer; her husband Dale E. Kinsey; and her friend Michael J. Mikita. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Moore (Jim) of East Liverpool and Luann Laviola (David) of New Albany, OH; her brother John R. "Jack" Woomer of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Jonathan Moore (Ashley), Erin Laviola Duerstock (Travis), Cara Laviola (Eric Reinhardt) and Colin Laviola (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Gabriella Moore and Halston Laviola.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
