He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Culler and Betty Culler of Weirton, WV.; his wife Ann Culler; his children, Jennifer Culler (Keith Vaughn) and Kurt M. Culler (Buster); his sisters, Judy McGlothlin (Bruce) and Pat Jones (Fred Muehl); his brother-in-law Walter Martin (Jeanie); his nieces and nephews, Molly (Jeep Henry), Michael (Beckie McGlothlin), Kenneth Jones, Jeff, Shannon Martin and Karri (Chris Kennedy); and his grandmother Sheila Sayer.
The Coach Culler Oak Glen Lady Bears Basketball Scholarship has been opened in his memory at Oak Glen High School and donations are requested in lieu of flowers.
