It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Owen of Chester, West Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Cromer and Dorothy Edmunds Cromer; her sister Diane Mackall; her brother-in-law Kenneth Mackall; her brother Ronald Cromer; her grandson Timothy Matthew Woolley; and her former husband Jack L. Owen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Bost (Paul) of East Liverpool, Jodi Heffner (Brent) of Chester and Leann Spencer of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Katie Heffner, Ryan Bost, Jonathan Bost, Bailey Spencer, Jessica Bost and Caroline Spencer; her great grandchild Elaina Bost; her sister Eileen Matchett (Larry) of Alexandria, VA.; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Matchett, Ronald Cromer, Scott Matchett (Angie), Leslie Stroud (Brian), Kim Bradich (Louie) and Todd Mackall.
