She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Armstrong Carman and Martha English Cox Carman; her former husband George Hissam; and her brothers, Alfred Cox Carman and Donald Cox Carman.
She is survived by: her husband James Moore; her daughters, Candace Glass (Brad) of Columbiana and Debra Burks (Robert); her grandsons, Luke Glass (Amanda) and Logan Glass (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Owen Glass, Greyson Glass, Charlotte Glass, Brayden Kell and Brody Glass; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Carman Worthley (Alan), Donna Lee, Joann Wilson, Linda Allen (Danny), Jerry Hissam, John Hissam (Cheryl) and Bob Hissam (Connie).
Friends are invited to visit with her family at the funeral home on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen's name to the Chester First United Methodist Church at 240 Carolina Ave., Chester, WV. 26034.
