He is survived by: his son Joshua Hendricks (Sierra) of California; his siblings, Tina Holland Keith (John) of Newport, OH. and Randy Holland (Barb) of Belmont, WV.; his nieces and nephews, Keith Holland (Audra), Kevin Holland, Ashley Thomas (Jeff) and Kelcey Holland; his great-nephew Korbin Holland; and his friend Milly Yovich of East Liverpool.
