He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wern and Bertha Dustin Wern. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Geer Wern; his children, Carrie McKinney of Chester and Patrick Wern (LeeAnn) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Clayton Wern (Cierra), Trevor Wern, Zachary Bowen, Braxton Carden, Alona McLaughlin, Madison Campbell and Skipper McNally; his great grandchildren, Caspen and Coberlyn Wern; and his pets, Ozzy and Rozie.
