With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Searight (Chester, West Virginia), born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Searight and Mildred "Kitty" Frank Searight; his brother Wayne Searight; and his granddaughter Hannah Searight. He is survived by: his children, Scott Searight (Iva) of Calcutta, Betsy Wilson (Jim) of Hookstown and Ben Searight (Susan Lake) of Panama City, FL.; his grandchildren, Rose Lynch (Patrick), Arrianna and Maitlynn Buck; his children, Garrett, Carter, Ryan Wilson, Miles and Bryson Searight; his great grandchild Jack Lynch; his brothers, Walter Searight of Hookstown and Mark Searight of New Cumberland; his sister-in-law Earlene Searight (Linda Searight) of Hookstown; and his father-in-law Harry Whitehead of Aliquippa.
