He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Parrish Fazikas; his children, Angela Lavigne (Pete) of Reno, NV., Michele Clunk (Chris) of New Cumberland and Edmund Halstead of Highlandtown, OH; his grandchildren, Azia Halstead of Phoenix, AZ., Hannah Clunk of New Cumberland, Terresa Shaw of New York City, Hayden Clunk of New Cumberland and Eileen Mela of Reno, NV.; and his siblings, Thomas Fazikas (Debi), Cathy Fazikas Alger (Bill) and Dawn Fetterman Foland.
