She is survived by: her father Paul Dunlevy; her daughter Summer Stillwell; her brothers, Gary Dunlevy and Gerald "Deuce" Dunlevy; her daughter Adrienne Mick (James) of New Manchester, WV; her grandchildren, Corbin, Clayton Stillwell and Ethan Mick; and her brother Larry Dunlevy (Kathy) of Florida.
