He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Beckwith Sr.; his daughter Hailey Madison Beckwith; and his sister Danielle Beckwith. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Crooms Kalam of Wellsville; his children, Allisa Williams (Viszauni) of Boardman, Micah DeShawn Beckwith of Boardman, Alyssa Desirae Herron of Lisbon, Kelsey Nicole Beckwith of Calcutta and Kaylie Marie Beckwith of Calcutta; his granddaughter Nevaeh Madison Williams; and his sisters, Kimberly Beckwith of Wellsville and Jennifer "Boo" Beckwith of Salineville.
