It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ruth Fox (Chester, West Virginia), born in Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McIntosh and Ruth Hayes McIntosh; her husband James E. "Elwood" Fox; her son-in-law Harold Reese; and her sisters, Mildred Crowe and Cora Watson.
She is survived by: her friend James E. "Elwood" Fox; her children, James D. Fox (Alice) of Chester, Scott D. Fox (Kristin Barker) of Fox Chapel and Terri Reese of Chester; her grandchildren, Mallory Goodin (Chris), Kaelin Fox (Missy Reed) and Hailey Fox; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Kelly, David Fox and Levi Reed-Fox.
