He is survived by: his wife Sherrill Reed McKinnon; his children, Susie McKinnon (Robert) of Salineville, Melanie Scott (Sean) of Wellsville, James McKinnon Jr. (Brandy) of East Liverpool and Brandie Ferraro (Micah) of Caldwell, OH.; his siblings, Sally Caughey of Charleston, SC., LeeAnn Andrews (Ben) and Randy West; and his daughter Paula Skelton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
