She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dakota (Greyson), Skyla (Kai) and Connor; her children, Tommy Durbin, Joey Durbin and LeAnna Simmons (Scott); and her siblings, Dale Hornbeck, David Hornbeck (Melissa), Violet Mellon (Tim), Dean Hornbeck (Rosemary), Danny Hornbeck (Patsy) and Daisy Davidson (Rick).
