He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert F. Melone and Mary C. Richards Melone; his wife Donna Abbott Melone; and his sister Mary Lou Watson. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Wade (John) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Austin and Mackenzie Wade; and his sisters, Edith Straffon (Jerry) of Wellsville, Cheryl (Les McKenzie) and Diana Wright of California. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
