He is survived by: his wife Deloris Quarterman; his stepchildren, Deric Kirbaugh, Eric Kirbaugh, Misty Kirbaugh and April Bell (Joe); his stepgrandchildren, Eric, Kaitlynn, Brody, Samantha, Dalton, Zachary, Logan, Gabriella, Joey Jr., Kayla, Katelynn and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Cooper; his siblings, Ron Quarterman of Jamesburg, NJ, Mike Quarterman of Wellsville, Donna Bishop of East Liverpool and Laurie Kittle (James) of East Liverpool; his nieces and nephews, Myra, Damian, James, Russell, Megan, Paige, Raemaleah and Mackenzie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Gianna, RaiAnna, Kendall, Preston, MaKayla, Kali, Kruz, Keith, Greyson, Cassius, Cody and Grant.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church (17365 OH-45, Wellsville, OH 43968).
