She is survived by: her significant other Donald Wagoner; her daughters, Cheyenne Adkins (Cody Morgan) of Chester, Kayla McCourt (Patrick O'Brien) of New Cumberland, Roxanne Marie and Vanessa Lawrance of East Liverpool; her siblings, Chris Farnsworth of Glenmoor, Cindi Weyand of Wellsville and Johnny Farnsworth of Glenmoor; and her grandchildren, Jazmine Strohmeyer, Alexandriea Roberts, Elizabeth Butcher, Ilaina Bosworth, Oliveah Roberts, Caidy Pinkerton, Fox Morgan, Emma Morgan and Dakota Morgan.
