He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sr. Woods and Lucille Winters Woods; his wife Nancy Woods; and his siblings, Mary Woods and James Woods.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendi Ramsey (Richard) of Richmond, OH and Cendi Recinella (Jeff) of Mingo Junction, OH; his sister Maxine Mahovlich (John) of Industry, PA; his grandchildren, Jessica Ramsey, Emily Cain, Lauren and Cole Recinella; and his great grandchild Crew Cain.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
