He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirlen Carnes and Emmaline Anderson Carnes; and his brother John Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Norma Carnes; his children, Ronald Buzzard (Vela Jarett) of East Liverpool, George Carnes Jr. (Santana Douglas) of East Liverpool, Randy Carnes (Brittany) of East Liverpool and Lisa Nonamaker (Dave) of East Liverpool; and his close friend Henry Keener. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers, and sisters-in-law.
