He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl G. Shepherd and Mary Frances Shepherd (Guire); his sister Linda Rosann Ludovici; and his stepson Joshua Robert Moody. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mayes Shepherd; his sisters, Cynthia Gadd (Jim) and Beverley Casto (Chuck); his children, Brandi Michelle Kopas of Ambridge, PA, Bradley Thomas Earl Shepherd of Wheeling, WV and Franklin Andrew Shepherd; his stepson Jared John Moody of Chester, WV.; his daughter-in-law Christina Woolley; his former wife Denise Durham; and his pet Grover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hancock County Animal Shelter, 715 Gas Valley Road, New Cumberland WV 26047.
