It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Cullifer of Chester, West Virginia, born in Drumright, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cullifer and Mable Sayre Cullifer; his wife Shirley Jean Cullifer; and his siblings, Pauline Tams, James Ralph Cullifer and Lawrence Cullifer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Mansker of Kiel, WI. and Cindy Lloyd of Chester; and his grandsons, Travis, Damien Mansker and Christopher Lloyd.
