Collins (Geoff) of Johnstown, PA., David Lee Collins of Plymouth, OH., Sylvia Jean Collins (Brandon Reed) of Hookstown, James A. Lee of Weirton, Jesse A. Collins (Taylor) of East Liverpool, Jacob Collins of Chester, Tabitha Miller of East Liverpool and Morgan Collins of Southern, WV.; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ernest IV, Josie, Echo, Wyatt, Eric, Geoff and Dustin "DJ"; and his siblings, John Collins of New Cumberland, Tim Collins of Chester, Jeanette Suzanne Collins Hess of New Cumberland and Christine Collins.
