She is survived by: her children, William Franklin Jr. of Steubenville, Charles Franklin of Wellsville, Denise Carter of Chester and Jeri Lynn Franklin of Kentucky. She is also survived by Seventeen grandchildren twenty-four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
