We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 82, Donna Lou Perkins of Chester, West Virginia, born in East Liverpool, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ward and Virginia Cunningham Ward; and her husband Donald D. Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Bean (Jim) of Calcutta, Scott Perkins (Karen) of Columbus, Michael Perkins (Don) of Pitcairn and Patrick Perkins (Tabi) of East Liverpool. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and four foster grandchildren.
