He was predeceased by: his father Donald Sherwood Ingram Sr.; his sister Janet Sue Ingram; his niece Tonya Ingram; and his nephew Scott Ingram Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Boswell Ingram of East Liverpool; and his siblings, Steve Ingram, Scott Ingram Sr., Braidy Ingram (Vickie), Roger Ingram (Lacie), Kurt Ingram, Kandi Kugel (Rocky) and Clay Ingram (Jeanna).
