He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Frank and Melissa Jane Ashby Mosser; his stepfather Carl Mosser; and his brother Larry Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Stewart Hyatt; his children, Tim Cox of Chester, Jo Ann Hornick (Marc) of Humble, TX. and Keisha Shimon (Eric) of Chester; his granddaughter Jessica White; his sister Brenda Hyatt of Chester; his granddaughter Justina Shimon; and his brothers, Donnie Murray and James Michael (Giro). He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
