He is survived by: his wife Bobbi J. Fryer Phillips; his children, Christine Phillips of Avon Park, FL., Joy Ongley (Terry) of Sebring, FL. and Dean Phillips of Sebring, FL.; his brothers, Robert Bob Phillips (Leta), Larry Phillips and Paul Phillips (Delores); his siblings-in-law, Donna McCoy (Tim), Jodi Jimenez (Mike) and Wayne Fryer; and his grandchildren, Grayson Parker (Rachel), Alana Parker, Devin Delp, James Schwenk Jr. and Jesse Armstrong. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
