It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Casto of Chester, West Virginia, born in Newell, West Virginia, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Staley and Margaret McBane Staley; and her husband Charles Casto. She is survived by: her children, Dana Picciarelli (Thomas) of Chester and Charles A. Casto (Beverley) of Marietta, GA.; her grandchildren, Jessica Douglas (Morgan), Matthew Casto (Megan), Toni Snyder (Mark), Jerry Picciarelli and Daniel Picciarelli (Janet); and her great grandchildren, Mark II, Zachary, Jeridan Snyder, Aidan, Noah Picciarelli and Jackson Douglas.
