She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Waxler and Arlene Barton Waxler; her brothers, Mike, Steve and Dan Waxler; her husband Rolland Beal; her sons, James Starr of Newell and Larry Lockhart (Vicki) of Hookstown; her grandchildren, Madison Lockhart, Jade Starr and Larry Lockhart III; her great grandchild Charliann; her uncle Robert Waxler; and her aunt Carol Waxler.
