He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Tice and Elsie W. Whitney Tice; and his siblings, James W. Tice, Evelyn Ankrom, Wilma Wells and Hazel Chipps.
He is survived by: his wife Ila Quarterman Tice; his children, David W. Tice Jr. (Jamie Hamilton), Roy Alan Tice (Courtney), Edward Glenn Tice (Becky) and Pearl Posey (Jamie) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Jonathan Tice, Madalyn Posey, Breanna and Daniel Tice; and his brother Dale Rudibaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
