He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shaw and Ellen Barrett Shaw; and his sister Deborah Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Black Shaw; his children, Sarah Hinton (Jeremy) of East Liverpool, Noah Shaw of East Liverpool and Olivia Shaw of East Liverpool; his brothers, Ralph Shaw (Sandy) of East Liverpool and Paul Shaw (Jodi) of East Liverpool; and his granddaughters, Jalynn and Shealyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
