She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley W. Congo and Wilda Congo; her husband Dale A. Barnhart; and her siblings, Linda Greathouse and William "Bill" Congo.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Barnhart of Wellsville, Doug Barnhart (Kathie) of Wellsville, John Barnhart of Wellsville and Jennifer Barnhart of Wellsville; and her sister Fran Freeman of Wellsville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
