She is survived by: her grandson Jake; her daughters, Leigh Ann Smith (Dean) of East Liverpool and Michelle Lawson (Mike) of Orrville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Jordan Smith and Jenna McCoy (Mike); her sister Ann McMillan (Charles "Chick"); her nephews, Ryan Montgomery, Jonathan Montgomery, Scott McMillan, Jeff McMillan, Michael Montgomery and David Montgomery; and her sisters-in-law, Arden Montgomery and Kathy Montgomery.
