He is survived by: his wife Betty Cox Brown; his children, Kimberly Alley of Rupert and Farrell D. Brown, Jr. (Valerie) of Rupert; his grandson Kelsey Alley of Rupert; and his siblings, Flossie Smith of Danese, Freda Brown of Charmco and Forest Brown (Shanny) of Rainelle. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
