It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cletus Whitlow (Charmco, West Virginia), who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask that donations be made to Meadow River Valley Association or Peyton Hospice House.
