She was predeceased by: her former husband Russell Copen; her children, William Roger Copen and Robin Lynn Hurst; her parents, Connard White and Irene Payne White; and her siblings, Evelene Purcell, Freda Kay Mack, Jeddy Counts and Connard Fred White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Peck of Blount, Pamela Peck (Doug) of Point Lick, Debra Belcher of Charleston and Rita Carr (Bruce Belcher) of Blount; her sister Norma Jean Daugherty of Kanawha City; and her close friend Bill Harnest. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
