He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Lillian Gillispie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Billy Smith (Michelle), Cheryl Elswick (Clint) and Karen Smith; his grandchildren, Caleb Elswick (Jessica), Courtney Bailey (Justin), Cara and Cami Elswick; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Jacob Elswick and Declan Bailey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
