He was predeceased by: his father William K. McMullen. He is survived by: his mother Linda L. McMullen of Johnstown, PA; his brothers, Robert McMullen (Kimberly) and Donald McMullen (Tamela) of Johnstown, PA; his nieces, Jamie McMullen, Kaitlyn McMullen, Desiree Morris (Dan) and Olivia Neeper (Elliott); and his close friends, Jeff, Michelle Haye, Jerry, Margaret Miller and Sam Carnes.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
