He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall Kelley and Reba Runyon Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Alice Anderson Kelley; his children, William M. Kelley, III (Allison) of Elk Grove, CA and Kari Smolder (Chris) of Charleston, WV; his grandsons, Chad M. Kelley (Tatiana) of Lake Forest, CA, Justin Smolder of Nashville, TN and Daniel Smolder (Brooke) of Morgantown, WV; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Husdon Kelley.
